Does anyone have a better candidate for worst/most over-hyped actor/actress ever?
She's not overhyped, but the worst actress I can think of is Juliette Lewis. How oh how did she ever get a job? (boys, please don't answer that question). Of course she is usually in terrible movies as well, so that doesn't help...
And I am interested in the group consensus of Calista Flockhart....you guys can't possibly find her attractive....can you?

Ok, I have an idea...since everyone posted like 75 movies for their "top ten" list, here is a question to narrow it down to your truly favorite movie. Let's say you were going before the firing squad, and instead of a last meal, you got to watch a last movie...what would you pick? (And you get to eat a last meal while you watch it...)
I would pick The Long Hot Summer, so I guess that really is my favorite.
BTW, if anyone puts Quest For Fire, they are going on my ignore list..:p that or 2001:A Space Odyssey...

The films were awful but they made about ten of them so it would delay my death and then by the end I'd be running to the firing squad, happy for them to take my life.

Also the http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com reviewed the Ford Fuckus and I think it migh tbe the only one star rating that I can remember. The comments are freakin hilarious.

Julia's no Meryl Streep, but while we're on the subject of anaemic leading lady actresses, I put forward Anne Archer (Patriot Games)and Andie MacDowell (Four Weddings).I'm not saying Julia Robert's is the worst actress, just the most overhyped.

The first Police Academy was a good comedy. The second was okay. Then there was a severe drop off and a continuing decline.
