Dear All,
I am also a swimmer, not professional swimmer but swim regulerly.
I daily swim for about 800 m - 1 km. my average speed is 3 min- 3:30
min per 100 meter. i want to increase my speed.
i usually swim freestyle.
any stuff is welcome.
are there any techniques to reduce the water resistance during swim,
and/or breathing techniques, exercises for increasing the power of
sholder. any stuff is welcome

I recommend you take lessons or attend a swimming class.
In lieu of that, try reaching for the wall on every stroke, allowing
your shoulder to rotate, and finishing every stroke fully. Getting
faster means improving the propulsion of each stroke, improving the rate
at which you take your strokes, or both. I find most recreational
swimmers benefit from a focus on the former. A stroke reduction drill
can help here - count the number of strokes it takes you to cover the
length of the pool then work on reducing that number. You won't get
faster this way but you will learn things about your stroke that, if you
can keep them when you return to normal swimming, should help to make
you faster.
