help with indoor training
Hello, i'm about to buy an indoor trainer from a friend of mine and need some help with setting up a workout routine. First thing: i'm living in a dorm at college right now and have no room for it there, so i'm going to be keeping it (and my bike) at my dad's place
which is about 10 min away (by car). I do have a car on campus so i can drive to it often, but my schedule will probably only allow 2-3 workouts a week. How can i best maximize my time while i'm there to get into better shape?
