Powercontrol Problem

Since 2001, over 90,000 cyclist's have joined Cycling Forums to discuss topics from general cycling to equipment, training, racing and travel or vacation destinations (especially in europe during the tour de france). We also feature an great deals in our online store, 100's of articles, classifieds and product reviews.

I recently had to switch out Powercontrols on my SRM Pro because I cracked the display on the one. For some reason, power and cadence don't register on the new Powercontrol V, but they still show up when the old one is plugged in. Does anyone have any idea why and how to fix it? I do get speed on the new Powercontrol. I have the new bottombracket mount sensor which is superglued to the bottombracket, so I know it hasn't moved.
