In 2001, Louis Garneau and the City of St-Augustin-de-Desmaures acquired the velodrome from the City of Bromont. Louis Garneau is well known for his tenacity as Louis Garneau’s motto is "Never give up!"
Louis Garneau dreams that one day we will provide Quebec City with an indoor velodrome!
