Got My PT 2.4 Today

Since 2001, over 90,000 cyclist's have joined Cycling Forums to discuss topics from general cycling to equipment, training, racing and travel or vacation destinations (especially in europe during the tour de france). My PT 2.4 arrived today. I mounted the cadence and speed sensors, mounted the computer, tested the HR Strap and it all seems to be working fine.

Question for those in the know;

Is the PT Computer capable of pausing and resuming like the Garmin Edge or the Polar when you come to a light or stop for a short period? Also, I see that you can reset the data but how does the computer know when you finish a lap? I don't see anyway to set or define a lap.

how does the computer know when you finish a lap?Press mode and select simultaneously - it will mark a new interval. Enjoy the PT - but don't stare at it so much you ride off the road.

Read the manual, perhaps I have a comprehension issue... ;-) Seriously, I did see that part but must have completely ignored it.
