Hello my name is Kathy..Kat is my nickname. I have had a weight
problem since the age of 15, in school I was humiliated and mentally
& physically abused, my self worth is small, I try to diet and might
lose 10-15 pounds but then lose my incentive. I worry because now it
is the holidays and being semi disabled I worry about gaining more. I
need friends, I have none, I don't have the support of family they
love me anyway I look but I need more, please be my friend. Thank

What kinds of diets have you tried? I have read a lot about the
importance of eating foods with low glycemic indexes.

Little suspect about this poster - this is the only posting by her and
she picks the LC newsgroup.

If you are true than read and follow the low carb way of eating. I
have lost 38 lbs this year without a speck of exercise, you mentioned
semi disabled.
