Founded in 1996 by former University of Maryland football player Kevin

We are now looking for Retail Manager's for our specialty outlets.
The best candidates will first and foremost have a passion for the
Under Armour brand and be an athletic user of Under Armour. The ideal
candidate will also have a retail or fitness management background.
Responsibilities Include:
" Creating a consistently exceptional shopping experience
for your customers
" Store performance in sales, profitability, and shrink
" Consistently maintain all store operational and
merchandise standards
" Management of the recruitment, hiring, training, and
development of Under Armour Retail staff.
" Timely execution of new strategies and direction.
" Ensuring execution of closing and opening duties.
Job Requirements:
" Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
" 2 or more years of customer service experience
" Direct management experience
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills
" Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
