Thanksgiving recovery day

I got back to 8 pounds below goal today, which is about where I was before
Thanksgiving.

Just a few weeks 'til Christmas.

Christmas is worse than Thanksgiving.

Then I'll go back into recovery mode. If my health holds up, I seem to have
maintenance under control.
