hey, this is most likely a stupid questioin but....
i just bought bar ends. installed them, but i dont actually know how to put the bar plugs in http://www.bikeforums.net/images/smilies/eek.gif
so how do i do this?
They pretty much just pound in but all handlebars don't have the same inner diameter so you might find what you have to be a tight fit.
Incidentally, those handlebar end plugs are an important safety feature. Otherwise, if you crash your bike, the handlebar might take a core sample out of your abdomen.

yeah, i heard a bunch of stories about that happening
