My team is going to use Specialized this year and I am looking for opinions. I've been riding a soloist team with Record and really enjoy it's all around ability. How's the stiffness of the specialized? I'm hoping it will give a little bit better ride comfort. Also wondering about fit. My 54 soloist has a top tube of 54.5 and the 54 Specialized has a tope tube of 54.8 with a slightly higher standover height of 31 mm's. Otherwise they seem very similar geometry wise. Anyone use the 52(top tube of 53.8 or so) over the 54?
