And I thought I wasn't going to find anything amusing to read today.

we have health care we don't need helmets. hahaHAHahaha

We don't have those commercials so people don't drive silly SUV
vehicles.

We also have bicycle paths.

And something we call "woon erf" where you can only drive (your car)
at walking speed.

But you are quite right of course any 90 year old Dutch cyclist would
beat you over the head with the helm the moment you suggest he or she
should wear one.

Why would you stop with bikes I wonder?

Why not put everyone in the city into protective reflector clothing?
Could put an alarm light on the center of the helmet. I mean it's
awfully messy when you smash your SUV into a group of pedestrians?
Those people should wear protective clothing, it would be better for
them. We could put tazers in them to give warning signals when they
don't clear the road fast enough again.
