Back to Basics
hi there. when i was younger i was in a running club in Dundee called the Hawkhill Harriers. i was a
very good sprinter and long distance runner then as i got older and started exams and college etc
unfortunately i had to give it up.
I am not as fit as i used to be (although i would like to be) but i was wondering if anyone knew of
the best way to get back into this kind of sport again?
Thanx

Hmm Dawn, then we may well have shared track space at Caird Park. Unless you were an incredibly
attractive babe, I'm afraid I won't have noticed you. If I did notice you, why didn't you beg to go
out with me?

Ah, that's the answer. You were too young.
