I've got a flat bar road bike Giant CRX3 and am considering going to a race bike, either a Giant OCR2w or maybe a OCR Alliance Sport W.
I'm not racing, just recreational. Is it worth making the change? More comfortable? Faster? Gear change easier?
Thanks for your input. Sam

Normal road bike vs flat bar road bike
I bought a TCR Comp 0 last year. Great bike for long rides on the weekend. I have just purchased a CRX 1 for my daily commute. I do about 55Km's a day. So far, the CRX has done the trick.

The CRX is a good alternative to those that don't feel quite comfortable on the drop bars.

I hope this helps :)
