Before Roll sold out to the man he had a great article in Velonews about training. Basically he said you go out and ride for six hours. Come home, eat a cheesburger, nap, eat another cheeseburger and go to bed. Do the same thing for a couple months straight. Two days before the race you don't ride and eat everything in the house. He said fark alot in the article. Doesn't say that anymore.
