Deep heat/Infrasound Massagers

I was given 2 used massagers. One is a Nostrafon Infrasound Wave Massager and the other is a Tedron
Deep Heat Massager. Do these sort of things work? How often do you use it? Can you use it in joints
or just for muscles?

My use of the word massagers seemed to bring the trolls out. So let me restate my question.

I have a Nostrafon Infrasound Wave machine and a Tedron Deep Heat machine. Do these sort of things
work? How often do you use it? How long? Can you use it in joints or just for muscles? Do physical
therapists use these sort of things?
