Places to Run in Cambridge, MA

I am going to be in Cambridge in about a month and wonder if there are any parks where you can go on
a 5-8 mile run. Can you run along the Charles river?

River is great...check out the new bridge that it took forever to build...

If you are looking for trailrunning, the Fells in Medford is quite nice.

You can try various bridge/riverside loops between the Science Museum and Brattle Street
(Harvard). Side trips include the Boston Common and Harvard Yard, both not too far from the river
or subway stops.
