You appear to have a passive-aggressive problem. Its textbook.Looks to be the case, combined with a severe humour bypass problem. Needs a root IMO.

Hes a Collingwood Supporter. He needs help full stop. You may have a point. Then again, you may just be jealous that you picked the wrong team as a child. I'll get Eddie to send you a membership application. :p

Appears my statement touched more than a few nerves...unfortunately I may have stepped on a few toes...oh well...If you cannot answer an honest question, why do you put up ridiculous suggestions?

It is very easy to offer suggestions. That you should dodge the question and run when asked whether you have tried following it says volumes about the whole thing.

He has a point about regulars ganging up on people. It is not good for the site.

I would boycott chinese goods but since everything is made there it is a little difficult. It's hard enough trying to find products that don't contain high fructose corn syrup.

I know the food I give my dogs is safe from it since I pay an arm and a leg for the stuff because I don't trust the additives in the mass market brands.

But, aside from that, it's next to impossible to segregate it out so easily. Chinese parts are contained within different pieces of all types of automobiles too.

It is very difficult if not impossible to completely avoid "Made in China" even if you want to. I asked tonyzackery an honest question as to whether he tried to live it rather than just say it (and brand other as hypocrites). The first response was something about stepping on a few toes, and the next response was about running away.

You can look at the alternatives and if a non-chinese one exists then purchase it. You can only do so much.

I would much rather see the U.S. government adjust tax policy and such. I'd rather corporations invest in India rather than China. Using U.S, funds to convert China from communism to what is essentially fascism is not exactly smart, even if it is profitable in the short term.

Boycott US goods for its role in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay, and those mystery flight! Oh wait... US manufacturing have gone off to China as of 5 years ago. Oh well...
