Did he experience any unintended consequences or was the experiment worth it?I remember he stopped before completing the first cycle. I can only assume he experienced unintended consequences.

http://www.riis-cycling.com/ny_forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=5013&whichpage=8Interesting. I didn't know that Fabrizio Guidi was suspended. He is the guy that sort of caused the doping problem to hit home for me. I was in the rider area after the Philly race in about 8 years ago. Guidi and Commesso had just finished in a small lead group of about 12 guys. Commesso was just returning from his coke suspension so I presumed he was probably pretty clean at the time. He was hacking up stuff out of his lungs and looked as if he could barely move. Exactly waht you would expect after a five hour race in the heat. I remember seeing Guidi come by a few minutes later and his hair was perfectly combed and he looked as if he hadn't even warmed up yet. He must have been on the good stuff.
