Virginia Creeper Trail

My husband and I are planning to be in the area of the Virginia
Creeper Trail in August. We wish to stay a week, ride the trail, hike
the AT, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations as to a nice rental
house or cabin that allows dogs? Secluded would be great--close to
Creeper Trail a plus, too!

Have you checked out the Virginia Bicycle Federation's web link to the Virginia Creeper Trail (http://www.vacreepertrail.com/)?

We stayed here. It's about 50 yards from the trail on a farmer
between Damascus and Abingdon. Don't know about dogs.
