January Trip To Spain

Am thinking about a week somewhere warm with my bike jan 3 to 10.
South of Spain / Spanish Islands are obvious venues but I dont have an specific ideas.
I could bring my touring bike and fly in to one place and out of another or bring the racer and rent an apartment somewhere.
I would be looking to 100 to 150 ks per day with some hills :) and some decent weather.

Any suggestions from people here?

Go for it. I was in Spain many years ago down in the Andalucia region. I loved it.
