I've discovered a supplement I'd never heard of called ARX available from a mob called fastertomorrow.com. It sounds too good to be true, but having discovered the myriad joys of caffeine, I'm prepared to open my ears, mind and maybe wallet.

What is convincing me is that they seem to have a handle on the real role of lactate. So many people I know of talk about lactic acid building up and burning their legs, which ain't necessarily so. The website actually reflects more modern thinking on the role of lactate in the body's energy systems, and show how ARX helps.

Has anybody here used it? I'd love to hear stories, good or bad, on its usage.
