newbie-can anyone tell me if this is a good spec bike

hey everyone

well just signed up

can anyone tell me if this is a good spec'd bike and how much its worth?

Specs;
Alu 7005 T6 tripple butted frame
Shock workx rear shock - full damping adjustable
marzocchi jrt front suspension - Full damping adjustable
Magura front and rear disk brakes (new pads needed for fronts)
RM17 wheels with bridgestone semi tyres
Shimano XTR gear set
On-one saddle
Shimano bottle holder

Cracking bike - Probily cost me over £1200 to build through the years. Only a few normal minor scuffs. Needs new front brake pads and front shock seals. Very cheap to buy.

and how hard is it to change the front pads of they brakes?and how hard is it to change the front shock seals?
