Have you used the above product which is sold in British foodstores ?

Is it a good source of energy or is it just a waste of time and money ?

some drinks hv vit B complex & vit c. that's alright. However, watch out for those packed with sodium carbonate - you don't need more salt than what you are already consuming from your normal diet.
