I've read alot of articles that have be produced on studies on the improved athletic performace of cyclists that have consumed beetroot juice.Has anyone actually tried this first hand & more importantly dose it work?
I am not familiar with all of the benefits of the juice, however I do know it has been shown to reduce blood pressure greatly when had regularly, which is good for your cardiovascular system.
