Whats is your at rest Heart Rate?
I am just curious to see what everyone's at rest heart rate is, along with how often they ride? Daily? How many miles, etc? Including your age will also be helpful
Thanks!

How about sharing your info first so I can compare myself to you...:p
My resting heart rate = 53bpm (sitting down here at my PC).
I try to ride between 100 - 150 miles per week (depending on how busy I am with work, family life etc).
Age +40.
Resting heart rate 44.
100 miles per week, + or -.
Age, top secret.
My apologies.
I am just getting back into cycling so its not that great! Resting I am right at 60, however most of the day I can even be higher than this due to higher stress levels. I am in my twenties.
FWIW (and not worth much comparatively as RHR is very particular to each individual), my RHR varies from 53-65bpm, depending on the current level of fatigue I'm carrying. Also, bigger, more muscled individuals will have higher RHRs than smaller, less muscled individuals, all things being equal. Many more variables involved with RHR such that comparison can really only be made individually.
42 years young. Riding 10.5-12hrs/week.
Mine is around 40 if I'm rested. I usually ride at least 200 miles per week (usually more). I try to do a maximum of three hard days a week. I'm 51.
Mine is around 42 bpm and l am 33 and ride around 300 km a week...
over 70 but not sure if its correct.
