TOKEN has square taper BBs -- you just have to be certain that you get one with a JIS square taper (vs. ISO/Campagnolo square taper) & specifiy the correct length (probably, 107mm).

Worst case scenario (because I don't know the quality), I think NASHBAR still sells square taper BBs -- you just need to know what length spindle you want (again, 107mm).

So, why can't you find another BB-7410? Have you checked eBay?

103mm spindle, JIS taper. TA makes one and I think Token as well.

Token : : . . Bike products (http://www.tokenproducts.com/htm/products.php)

Ben's Cycle Vendio Store (http://shop.vendio.com/benscycle/item/2007012625/?s=1256802962)

Ben's Cycle Vendio Store (http://shop.vendio.com/benscycle/item/2007012625/?s=1256802962)I know other people have suggested otherwise in the past, but MY impression has been that SUGINO uses the ISO-taper ...

The particular TA Bottom Bracket (Ben's Cycle) is listed as "Track" BB, and that suggests that it is intended for a single chainring, regardless of the taper.

FWIW. Using a slightly LONGER spindle is better (safer) than one that is shorter because a shorter BB spindle may result in the crank arms NOT clearing the chainstays ... particularly, if you are not fitting the BB/crank in a steel framed bike; so, measure the length of YOUR spindle before you order a new BB.

According to QBP, model BB3 Sugino BB, 103 and JIS taper. Made for the Sugino RD48 crank but probably would wrk fine with the 7410. BB for Sugino 75 is indeed ISO taper.

7410 made to use shimano 103mm BB spindle. There are cup issues and frame issues and I realize 4mm overall means little but..

Ideally he would find a shimano UN-90/DA BB, like this one. Altho he says it's 113mm, 7410 was 103mm, 7400 was 113 or 115(Itl)
