Hi,

excuse me for my bad english, I'm from Croatia.I'm almost a total beginner in triathlon, I've been
on two sprint triathlons this summer(750m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run). I would like to ask you if
you know some web adresses where I can find a program for a triathlon training? I don't know how
much to ride a bike, run, swim. How do i mix these three so that i get the best results? Are you
training triathlon, if you are willing to share some expirience and triathlon training tehniques
with me I would be most greatfull! :-)

Bye,

marko

Marko,

There are a number of sources, some of which include:
- http://www.maxtraining.com/forums/tips.aspx

But there are tons more...

You would be better off posting and following discussions on rec.sport.triathlon

... and don't worry about you're english... it's fine!

Look at www.trinewbies.com . That website is geared towards people just getting into
triathlon(including a variety of training programs). The forum at that site is very active with
experienced triathletes helping newcomers.

You might also look at www.slowtwitch.com .

If you'd like to get some additional suggestions, you might try posting at the triathlon specific
newsgroup: rec.sport.triathlon

Good Luck- DIG
