Plantar Warts
I'm trying to train for a marathon on about 6 weeks, and the biggest obstacle to getting in the
miles I need to train is a plantar wart on the edge of the ball of my foot. It has bothered me for a
couple of months now, and I have been treating it with Tinamed (salicylic acid), and keep duct tape
over it. It got better for a while, but as I increase my mileage, it's starting to hurt more. It's
getting to the point where it hurts enought that it is affecting the way I land and step off,
causing pains in other parts of my foot.
What have folks found effective for short term and long term treatment for plantar warts?

Try this. Every evening soak it for 10 minutes and then use an abrasion pad to "sand" some off it
off. Then dry it off and apply the medicine.

I just got some new stuff called Wartner. It's some cold, cold stuff like the Dr. use and have
removed some warts from the side of my head. It took about 7 days for them to come off completely,
we'll see if they come back. The stuff is expensive $21 for a small bottle, but it works for me.

Huge puss filled zits, pointy nose with arrant hairs growing on the warts.
