It seems to me that a pot smoker would be too smart to jog. Maybe I'm wrong. Cough, cough.

I used to smoke a lot of pot and that affected any physical activity I did.

If you want a great way to get high without having to smoke it do the following.

Take 1 gram of pot and mix with ~3 tbsp of butter, oil, or margarine. Melt the butter in a pan and
add the pot. Simmer over a low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Strain the pot out of the mixture and
voila-marijuana oil. Spread or melt over anything. Wait two hours and you will be as high as a kite.

The only draw back is that you have to wait for your stomach to digest the pot before it kicks in.
That can take a little while.

Only if you do it just before running. Never tried so I couldn't say if it'd be positive (feeling
very laid back and happy) or negative (munchies, couldn't give a fig about running the same way
as all the

within 45 minutes, if I'm on a full stomach and haven't exercised it can take 2 hours to kick in.

stomach is far more efficient than your lungs at absorbing marijuana.
