Hi,

Any recommendation for casual shoes for overpronator? It seems like the only shoe that I don't end
up with knee pain at the end of the day is with running shoes but I need casual/dressing shoes to
use for work. any recommendations? Where to buy?

Thanks,

Francis

Try Clarks England Air Mover. I bought one pair and they are the most comfortable casual shoe I have
ever worn. I then bought two additional pair. http://www.shoebuy.com/sb/s.jsp?Brand=Clarks+England&-
Dept=AdultM&Profile=2&Req=prof&Page=1&Style=23950 has them for $169.95.

Have you looked at using orthotics? Something like the Orthaheel or more heavy-duty version from the
same company, the Vasyli, is designed to fit in neutral shoes and give you the correction you need.
You just pop them into whatever shoes you're wearing that day and as long as the shoes aren't doing
any particular correction of their own, you should be fine. That's what I do and it's certainly
stopped the ache I used to get in my left leg after a long day's walking.
