please excuse the big grin and smile on my face....i just got my email confirmation that says, "This
is to notify you that your entry into the 108th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 19, 2004 has been
accepted,"
3 years ago when I got back into running.....something like this was beyond my wildest
dream my friends. Getting back into running was an action I took to aid in managing a down
moment in my life......an out/escape....I say go on line right now and find a nearby race,
a 5K, 10K...anything....get out there with people and make an incremental forward step to a
bigger picture!
Good Luck....oh god...now I actually have to train for this thing....dang it!
