I know nothing about a-tex.
Windstopper is a closely-woven fabric (I think it's nylon) designed to keep the wind out. It is not
waterproof, but might be 'showerproof', which means it will keep a little rain off.
What is best for you depends on your other clothes and what conditions you wish to cycle in.
Will you be cycling in Rain? Snow? Very cold, dry weather?
What other clothes will you wear?

Don't apologise for your English, its better than most in here!
I guess you mean GoreTex and Gore Windstopper?
Goretex is wind and water proof but breathable - ie kees rain out but lets sweat/perspiration out
(in theory, but never works completely)
Windstopper is as the names says, a wind proof fabric. Not waterproof but very windproof. Better
than nothing in a very ligh shower bu in heavy rain gets wet, heavy and cold (windchil = cold)

The Biemme website www.biemmesport.com says the following:
A-TexŽ is an innovative high-tech product. It is obtained interposing a windbreak microporous
membrane between two streches-fabrics. The result is a great protection against the chilling
effects of wind.
WINDSTOPPER "Activent" by W.L. GORE is the most soft and light fabrics of the Basic range. Its
technical construction is developped to realize cloths which prevent the wind from passing and
remaining highly breathable in the meantime. It is the most efficient choice when your outdoor
activity requires complete protection from cold and wind.
It sounds to me as if Windstopper is more breathable.
