I think all eBayers should charge postage at cost. I buy and sell quite a lot on eBay and always
quote postage at cost, packaging free. So far I have managed to recycle received packaging...as and
when my supply dries up I'll start charging...at cost.
Making profit on P&P is unfair IMHO, but most eBayers, and online shops do
it.

Remember that cost can legitimately include time spent packaging an item up and taking to the post
office. A business such as an online shop has to cover this, so P&P will often be higher than the
base cost of just postage, brown paper and sticky tape.
