fisher or cannondale

I'm about to purchase a bike for commuting to and from work mainly on gravel trails. The two bikes I like are the Cannondale Bad Boy and the Gary Fisher Dual Sport.
Does anyone have any experience with these or preference.

Howdy, wanderingsurfer. These are both multi-purpose sort of bikes, but you might want to post this question in the mountain bike thread (http://www.cyclingforums.com/f32) anyways -- these models have a bit more in common with your average mountain bike than your average road bike. Not that you won't get any response here... just thought you should give those folks a "hello" as well.
