Cruddy bell!

View Full Version : Cruddy bell!

Nathan must have been inspired watching Millar, Wiggins et al on Saturday night. Not only did he get
himself out for a lone training run on Sunday, but tonight he's got the turbo trainer set up and is
pedalling away whilst watching the Matrix on DVD...

Cruddy bell, wonders never cease!

Cheers, helen s

About 20 years ago I used an exercise-bike regularly and timed my routine by listening to one side
of AC/DC's Highway to Hell. Tired and partially deaf.
