... is when I am officially an apprentice old bag (getting dangerously close to qualifying...), so
am off to see "Belleville Rendez-vous" on the evening of the event. Gone are the days when I'd go
out clubbing & get drunk - I now satisfy myself (ooh-err Missus!) with going to see a cartoon on
cycling...

I really hope you enjoy it. I loved it. There are some wonderful scenes. The dog and the toffee
springs to mind. Oh and Happy Birthday from someone who will never see fourty again.

Why thank you. I am *obviously* now at the seriously old bag stage, as it isn't actually next week,
it's actually into the following week. A senior moment strikes... Pass me a Sanatogen and make it a
large one on the rocks ;-)

Getting a bike was one of my 50th birthday resolutions. I hadn't had one since I was 16 but now I
cycle to work everyday and enjoy weekend trips of 40 miles or so. I'm now a 54 year old Lycra lout.
