View Full Version : Hooray!! Dawes Customer Service - Was: Probs wit hne Horizon

I recently posted regarding problems with my new Dawes Horizon, which I wrote to Dawes about.

The result is that they have contacted the dealer to say they will cover the cost of all work and
parts. Although this is no more than I should expect, in this day and age its getting rarer to find
a company that honours such things without quibble.

I had a very similar positive experience with Dawes regarding paint problems. Result, a new frame.
