Hey........

At least he takes PayPal!!

Bob

Well, that's just terrific. Get you pants caught in your rear drive chain... get you scrotum caught
in the front drive train! Not to mention all of the grease on your legs and clothes. Well thought
out. It's worth at least $1.95.

It *might* be if the guy actually owned the patent. More likely its a scam along the same lines
as the guy selling the LeMond. Note the seller has 0 feedbacks and was registered as a user just
last month.

Or if he could make it work. Check out the filing at:

http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=/netahtml/search

There is more detail if you click on the "Images" button. I can't imagine this thing would
actually work.

I'd disagree with your assumption on this one. If I've been trying to sell an idea all over, why not
look to a new medium for selling it? Just because I have a new user account and haven't sold 50-odd
used items doesn't mean it's not legit. Is this guy a bit of a screw-ball trying to sell his
"golden" idea - probably, is he trying to scam some un-suspecting eBayer into giving him
200k...probably not.

Just my $.02

Well, Jason, judging by your response I'm going to rate you one step below "dip****" (which is?).
Read the patent and you'll learn that steering has been accounted for. Not that this makes the
purchase any more reasonable!

Scott-

Jim Arnold

Christiani (sp?) has used driveshafts to acomplish this for a couple of years. Got to ride one at
interbike last year. Interesting to say the least. The chain thing is old school. not worth much

Interesting idea but there is some kinks. How does one turn the bike.............???? Just goes to
show that bikes are best designed by people who work in the industry and ride them.,
