Anyone know of a group doing regular bike rides in the midlands / east anglia area? Any info

There is Leicester Spokes.Have only been on one ride with them as I don't actually live in Leicester
but it was well organised and enjoyable.They have a ' slower ' ride on Sundays and a more '
adventurous ' ride on Wednesday evenings.I think they also get out on some Saturdays as well.
