Can anyone point me to a good running log for computer? Maybe a spreadsheet?

Thanks!

I'm currently using this one, with the Polar Charting that came with my HRM.

It does all I need it to. :-)

I've been using this program for ~9 years now. I've still not found anything better.

Perdy.

In addition to thinnmann, have a look at www.davidhays.net

Lots more bells and whistles if you like that kind of thing (and it's free).

www.coolrunning.com has a good running log that is web based, but that you can also dump to a Tab
delimited text file for backup on your home computer.

I can't speak for this web tool but the few that I did look into were excruciatingly slow and I'm on
cable. I did download thinnman just to see what it looks like and if nothing else it is easy, fast,
free, runs without the need to be connected and you don't have to put up with web page ads.

I use Windows notepad. Seriously. To me, it's as close to the electronic equivalent to a pen and
paper as it gets. The simplicity is what I like about it.

My computer has been running non-stop since this morning. But it doesn't run all the time; the geek
guy at work told me that was an old geeks' tale.
