I'm new to this NG (but not to NGs in general). I'm 50 and have been running about 10 yrs. Is there
a rec.running FAQ? Also, are there other NGs or moderated forums for runners?

I hang out at www.coolrunning.com a lot. Lots of good folks and good info sharing there. Some swear
by www.runningforums.com and www.letsrun.com as well.
