Hey im havin a bike built up and i'd like to know;

1. How does one know how high the handlebars need to be from the top tube?

2. Wot Angle should the stem be?

3. Wot is the correct length of STEM?

my Arm measurement is 60cm from palm to arm pit

Thanks It's what works best for you. Any formula or rule of thumb is just a place to start.

A good place to start is the fitting guide at http://www.wrenchscience.com It will do a decent job, but it is by no means gospel. A proper fitting in person will yield better results, but keep in mind you may be less flexible now than in 3 months (especially your neck).

Of course, as already stated; this is only to get you in the ballpark. Unless you already ride a lot and "have your groove", your riding position will change over time. Make sure you start off with enough spacers. :)
