Road bike frame/set suplier

Looking to buy a decent 50 cm alloy frame and carbon forks with integral headset for a road bike.
Either horizontal or sloping top tube, doesnt matter which. Can anybody recomend a good supplier?, I
need the frame, preferably matt black with no advertising/decals on it.
