I'm unlikely...

And I know MM is 'working hard' at both Day 1 AND Day 2 of teh 1st Test
at the Gabba. We may not see him for some time as I suspect his
recovery will take a while... *grins*

Heh that'll be right! No doubt he'll be quenching his thirst all day.

I've been offered another Daisy Hill ride tomorrow now (that'll be four in five days!) so no worries

sorry all, my work timetable does not permit for the awakening at 4:30 (after getting home at 12:30) to go for a ride in the morn. whilst next weeks work timetable does allow for it, i will be somewhere dark and well-treed in jimna dancing my **** off like a little hippy for 3 days... yes, yes...

i might be able to do the 8th of december tho after that things kinda die down and i should have some free time.

have fun though!!

Consider it well and truly quenched !!!!! I hope to build up another solid thirst tonight, so I can do more quenching tomorrow. Today was tough. We stuck it to the english, and I was constantly interrupted to pose for photos in my special "MM does day 1 at the gabba" commemorative t-shirt. The art work on these limited 13 print-run edition shirts can seen here, along with the a sneak preview of the day #2 shirt. Top graphic is the front, bottom on back of shirt http://tinyurl.com/yzb6lf

I know this is OT, but Abby started it. And I did ride my bike before play today

teeheehee... noice t-shirts maytee!

im going to give the cricket a big thumbs down today, due to the bogans in a ute reaching out and slapping me *very painfully* on the **** as i was riding past the gabba on the way to work. This has never happened before so i can only blame the cricket, brings out the 'poida' in some people.

Asterope (still doesnt understand the big deal about the remains of a burnt cricket stump signifying the death of english cricket)

Bastards - I hope you are OK. Did you get the rego? Even though they
probably intended a silly prank it is dangerous and offensive. It is a
clear case of assault and the police would take it very seriously,
investigate the owner and lay charges.

im fine... managed to stay upright and in a straight line... the only bit of their rego i got was a 65... just your run of the mill dark blue ford/holden ute.

ive decided to catch PT today, 4 days in a row in this heat when im not used to it and having to work at 7am on saturday (and ride to get there) is pushing it a bit... need a rest day... and ****-whacks on PT are much easier to reciprocate with an elbow.

You're not related to MonsterMan, are you?

Getting hot out there, I work just down the road from Daisy Hill, so I now know what our 3 pm MTB ride is going to be like
