Unhappy Training for Nationals (Road)

Hey everyone, I'm a 17 yr old male who would like to know how many kilometres per week people would recommend to train at to be competitive at nationals...

Yeah ... and a 22 yr old would like to know too!
In my harder weeks I tend to do over 500km but my lowest weeks are 300-400km. I don't know whether to do Nationals or Grafton-Inverell or both.
