Need help re bike shops

I was just wondering if anyone has any opinions on a bike shop in Penrith called Lifecycles. I'm hoping to buy my first road bike sometime soon and have been looking around a bit. Lifecycles seemed friendly and happy to give me their time even when they knew I wouldn't be buying for a month or two. They stock Felt and Piave road bikes. Any info anyone has on this shop or any others nearby would be great - Thanks!
