This Norco is an amazing bike - now the top of the range flat bar ive seen over the best from felt sr71, giant cr1 (which i have) and the specialized sirrus sports disc..

I felt one in bike shop in QV VIC and it was so light and so narrow... its in orange and it pulls it off (although i prefer my black crx 1)

The sales person told me i had last years bike, and this one had the 23 wheels and weird narrow angles and um rocked.. but im keeping my crx 1 for now !!!!!! esp for $2349 for norco - Check it out... anyone ridden it (i sat in it)

Norco looks good!! $$$$$ ouch!!!

Don't worry about the sales bs, your CRX is a 2005 model, it was a Perigee before that. The 2006 CRX 1-4s will be in the shops this or next week.

I have a eco way of going Flat Bar 10 speed Ultegra, double or triple, e-mail me if interested.

Hubby & I recently bought new flat bar road bikes and we were both very tempted by this one - very nice lookin bike. Hubby rode this one for a bit and really felt the bumps in the road - we're used to mountain bikes with front suspension. He ended up with a Specialized Sirrus Pro & I got an Avanti Blade Pro. I didn't ride the Norco but compared with the Sirrus hubby reckons the Sirrus is a much smoother ride.

Bloody awesome looking bike though!

This Norco is an amazing bike -

I support that totally. I was trying to source one locally and failing that the Mirage (not bad either but not as good). In test riding (a friends FBR1) I fell in love with it. But stock was limited and I waited a fair while before deciding to go elsewhere. Tried the Felt SR71 but couldn't get the LBS to deal and wound up with a good deal on a CRX2 with the CRX1 fork.

Strangely I originally started with the intention of buying a beater. Now of course I saving to replace my old Reynolds 531 bike with either a Llwellyn or possibly a Cecil Walker steel frame. I may even look to get back into racing next year.

Cheers

Brett
