My favourite Sydney leg burner:

You can even add another bump onto the profile by continuing north over the brooklyn bridge up to Mt White and turning around....but it's going to really hurt.

Galstone Gorge! use to burn around that on my motorbike, way back in my youth. I'd better remember that I'm on 700c*23 with no suspension.
