You should go root a fat chick immediately. They rock.
Here comes the shock of the year! Exi is right beebs.
I'd say concentrate on work, riding (bikes, and larger lovely ladies if you like that gear), and get a new hobby (cough, brewing, cough). Or get every bike in perfect riding condition (get that new fork dammit ).

As for the bbw's... I have to say that i'd much prefer the girl next door that people tend not to notice, than the big girl that tarts herself up.
Some wisdon from Tim Allen (the tool man). A man's love life has many parallels;
Everyone covets a ferrari, you might even get to drive one - they're fun, fast, but cost you a fortune. Everyone gets a truck, because they are big, loud and dirty... In the end though, everyone ends up driving the station wagon, because they are practical, useful, look resonably nice and combine the best bits of other cars.
Just make sure you put 'valvoline' in them, so that they run better .

Just wanted to say thanks to you blokes for all the heartfelt advice. It was a big day but managed to squeeze all your recommendations in and I have to say it went quite well.
The magistrate was very understanding and even let me out on bail for a very reasonable sum. And lo and behold I get home from court and there was even a welcome home party for me. I did think the tar was a tad hot going on but once the feathers were applied it was quite comfortable, dare I say even somewhat fashionable

More seriously, we got a bit carried away last night which was fun, but the truth of the situation got lost somewhere along the way there. I was really only asking about people's opinions on staying friends after a breakup. The rest that followed was just silliness. She's actually a top chick, who has treated me very well, and there's certainly no suggestion of her overstepping any bunny boiler limits. In faxt she deleted my number the moment I walked out the door. Christ I hope she hasn't been reading these last couple of pages, often wondered whether she reads the TAN surreptitiously, she certainly knows all about it. The breakup was more my decision than hers, both of us had known things hadn't been good enough for a while, and we weren't working it out, so yeah, time was right to take a step away. Nevertheless she deserves and has my respect. We might not be the right people to be each other's happily ever after, but I certainly haven't been screwed around by her by a long shot.

I'm usually sceptical about claims of flash gear actually making a speed difference, but I've spoken to a lot of guys, and even the typically understated dudes reckon super-dooper wheels make 2 or 3kph difference once they're up to speed. I reckon 3kph might be pushing the fantasy, but I'd sell my whole family to Nordic pirates for 2kph. If a piece of equipment makes 2kph difference, I reckon that's huge. If a bunch of dudes are doing 45, and I'm doing 47, i'll be waving goodbye

I've read that having your shirt unzipped into a headwind makes more difference than aero wheels. That actually wouldn't surprise me

There's no doubt that body position is far more important than wheels, but assuming that's covered, why not get the extra zip?

Men! Can't live with them, can't cut 'em up for bait.

Why didn't you just come straight out and ask "what's your opinion on staying friends with an ex?" But no, you post something obscure which implies you've got some psycho female making your life a misery.

Answer: it depends, have you ever managed to do that successfully in the past? Has she? Does she want to be friends, or would she prefer it if you just faded into the sunset? Were you friends before or did you both just jump into each others pants? My personal opinion - the more intense the relationship, the harder it is to just be friends. YMMV

If she doesn't, then you have a whole different problem and will probably need to think along the lines of an AVO but I wouldn't go with that option as a first line.
...but only after you've had one for the road.

He'll have the support of some strong teammates such as Andreas Kloden and Giuseppe Guerini, but as Rogers is yet to fully prove himself on the roads of France, I wonder whether the burden will be too much? Let's hope not.
Yup, you heard it here first. Kloden riding for Rogers.

Tomalaris has again demonstrated what we have all known for a very long time. He is a total ****wit. Wait until Thunder gets hold of this.

Speaking of ****wits - check out the Seppo of the day on ebay. Be sure to check his other auctions for more comedy.
